Some of the big questions: Do you know the difference between being on a municipal sewer system and being on a personal septic system?  Are you comfortable being on well water? Can we confirm the well won’t dry?  How about veering away from natural gas and heating with oil or propane? What is garbage collection like in this rural neighbourhood? What about snow removal? Is the internet and phone service reliable? Have you considered that rural living may come with some extra expenses such as transportation, maintenance, and (potentially) increases in insurance, utilities, and land taxes?
